By accessing this website, purchasing a course, booking a session, attending an event, workshop, retreat, training, or using any services provided by the Company, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services
The Company provides coaching, mentoring, and personal development services, delivered online and in person. All services are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and individual development.
Personal Responsibility
Participation in any program, session, course, workshop, retreat, training, or event is voluntary. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results arising from your participation. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary, and no specific results can be guaranteed.

The Company's services are provided for coaching and personal development purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Our coaching, mentoring, programs, and related content do not replace professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you require professional support in any of these areas, you are encouraged to seek the appropriate qualified practitioner.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through this website and our services including videos, workbooks, meditations, training materials, recordings, presentations, written content, graphics, branding, and digital resources remains the intellectual property of the Company. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Access to purchased materials is granted for personal use only.
Confidentiality
We are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all participants. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and not disclose personal information, experiences, or stories shared within sessions, workshops, trainings, retreats, or events without permission.
Payments
All fees are payable in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to withhold access to services, programs, events, or materials until payment has been received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Online Courses & Digital Programs
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, recordings, workbooks, and resources, all purchases of online courses and digital programs are final and non-refundable. Should you experience any technical difficulties accessing your purchase, our team will be happy to assist you.
Group Constellations & Live Workshops
Our group experiences are carefully curated and depend on the participation of each individual attending. Cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event.
More than 48 hours before the event: your booking may be transferred to a future event.
Less than 48 hours before the event: the booking is considered used and cannot be transferred or refunded.
No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Private Sessions & Mentorship Calls
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
More than 24 hours before your appointment: complimentary rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment: the session will be considered completed and cannot be refunded or transferred.
No-shows are considered a completed session.
Retreats
Retreat bookings require substantial advance planning, venue commitments, and accommodation reservations. For this reason, retreat payments are non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible. Depending on the circumstances and availability, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a transfer to another participant or a future retreat.
Refunds
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all purchases made through The Brand Consult FZCO, School of Life, Constellations Dubai, or Tina Memic are non-refundable.
Participation
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and emotionally able to participate in any service offered by the Company. Participation is voluntary, and each participant remains responsible for their own wellbeing throughout their engagement with our services.

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, program, or website content at any time.
Limitation of Liability
